CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN CONDITIONS

Products that are mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, newspapers or magazines (excluding subscription services), digital content delivered instantly or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and any opened software, CDs, DVDs, or computer consumables are also non-refundable under the regulations.
